You Will Be Part of Growing Team
We're hiring for a Territory Sales Representative in Italy. Learn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture.
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be in charge of the sales in the specified geographical area, for complete products portfolio, services and for all the accounts; You will work in coordination with the Customer Technology Specialist to develop multiple Corteva solutions providing best advice and customer experience!
Key responsibilities
Defines Sales Targets at the Territory Level and prepares the Sales and Marketing plan to achieve them. Puts the plan into practice and control its accomplishments.
Defines Sales Targets at Distributors level, makes sales orders according to the product availability, organizes the product allocation during the sales campaign in order to reduce the inventory level and manages the credits collection.
Visits farmers in order to generate demand at Distributors Level according to the Marketing Strategy end prioritizing the relevant touch point.
Follows the trials activity to improve the self-awareness on the company solutions.
Manages the organization and execution of the promotional events in the territory such as presentations, talks, field days, trial visits (...), along with the annual plan.
90% of travel within the sales area and 10% of office environment.

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture Sciences.
Knowledge on Crop Protection Product is required and Field Marketing Techniques is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years working in direct contact with distributors & farmers.
Wide knowledge of the agriculture distribution system.
PC User.
Fluent in English and Italian.
