POSITION: Building and Grounds Maintenance

DUTIES: General hotel maintenance and grounds keeping, including mowing, lawncare, weed eating, trash removal and cleaning, and snow removal. Pool maintenance and other light plumbing and electrical duties to upkeep and maintain the property. Also includes shampooing carpets, moving and lifting furniture and other heavy objects. May be required to drive the company van to shuttle guests. And other duties as needed to keep the property clean and in a safe working condition.

Requirements: Knowledge of general maintenance and lawncare is preferred. Experience in light plumbing and electrical. Some experience in pool maintenance, but not mandatory. Must be 18 or older due to labor laws. Requires a valid driver's license and good driving record.

WAGE: $16.00-$18 per hour

SHIFT: Full time position 32-40 hours per week. Must be available to work any day and be available for an on-call rotation for after hours emergencies.

LOCATION: Cortez, CO
