Join our team as an accounting specialist and contribute to our financial operations. If you have experience in accounts payable and receivable and proficiency in data entry and financial software, we want to hear from you! Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: $22 - $28/hr. Duties of the accounting specialist: Record transactions accurately Process payments and send bills to customers Reconcile accounts and generate financial reports Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Research and resolve account discrepancies Manage invoicing and monitor vendor accounts Process credit card transactions Lead various accounting projects Maintain up-to-date customer records Requirements of the accounting specialist: Strong data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable Familiarity with Epicor ERP is a plus Additional information: To apply for the accounting specialist position, please send your resume for immediate consideration.
