Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience * 2+ years of housekeeping management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting * Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred * Strong leadership and team management skills * Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software * Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity.
