Vi Corporate Director of Sales in Chicago, Illinois

Vi is the parent organization of ten exclusive continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in some of the nation's most desirable locales. The Corporate Director of Sales position is based in the Chicago downtown office and is responsible for census improvement by assessing, developing, implementing and supporting sales programs and initiatives through the monitoring of metrics, CRM data, execution of sales events and assisting with the community relations/outreach strategy. This position focuses on the coaching needs within Vi's portfolio; managing weekly/monthly coaching plans and achieving the established occupancy target rate as a company, working closely with community Sales Director reviewing SWOT analysis, Mystery Shop and Call Recording results to recommend, implement and identify opportunities for building action plans and collaboration with Operations teams. Assists with sales training delivery for all communities and supports the onboarding of all new sales personnel in collaboration with the community leadership team to ensure product knowledge, Fair Housing regulations, and Vi's best practices (Ideal Sales Process) are learned.

Requirements

Requires a demonstrated track record of improving sales and 5 years of CCRC sales experience with training and development and a minimum of 3 years of sales management. Must be able to travel 35% to 50% and provide sales back-up during periods of turnover at a community location. We need a professional that has excellent relationships skills, analytical skills, is a good problem solver and a self-starter. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
