Overview

• The Garage Maintenance is responsible for the upkeep of the assigned area.

• The Garage Maintenance duties include but are not limited to pulling trash, cleaning elevators and lobbies, cleaning entrances, and making sure the garage is litter free.

• The Garage Maintenance also will remove cobwebs, clean signs, shutters, and stairwells along with complete other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

• The Garage Maintenance also responds to safety hazards and gives supplies inventory reports to the Supervisor.

• The Garage Maintenance must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
