CNC Setup/Operator Job Type: Full-Time DIRECT HIRE!!! Location: Carol Stream, IL

Join our team as an CNC Setup/Operator at our Carol Stream facility, where your expertise in CNC machining will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards for quality and efficiency. This position demands precision and a commitment to excellence in every product we produce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC turning centers, requiring a minimum of 4 years of Turning Center experience.

• Utilize Fusion 360 and Mastercam for program editing.

• Interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and work orders to set up machines correctly and sequence operations effectively.

• Adjust machining speeds and feeds as necessary to optimize production.

• Troubleshoot and correct programming errors to enhance machine performance and product quality.

• Perform quality control checks using measuring tools such as height gauges and micrometers to ensure specifications and tolerances are met.

• Actively contribute to improving operational safety, quality, and efficiency through innovative solutions.

salary: $54,000 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities

Education and Experience:

• MUST HAVE 4 yrs' + experience CNC Operation/Setup HAAS -->turning center specific

• Solid understanding of the production equipment

• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries
