Description:

• Survey Mapper specifically using Microstation software to manipulate data points for topographic drawings, having between 1-5 years of relevant experience in Civil/Survey. The ideal candidate will be performing survey calculations and preparing survey drawings from recorded maps, easements, and grant deeds. They will manage and transfer data points onto topographic drawings, as well as creating DTMs (digital train models) from the data points.

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS

• MicroStation work manipulating points for topo drawings

• Management of data points and transferring them onto drawings

• Creating DTMs (digital train models) from data points

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mostly performing solo work on survey projects that are assigned to them

• Working on a team size of 4 people or less

• Working on creating mapping deliverables for City of San Diego projects

• Taking data files for specific projects and downloading's data points to create the drawings

Skills & Qualifications:

-Survey drafting experience

-MicroStation Inroads

-1-5 years of experience in drafting utilizing AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
