Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing operations of medical practice. Responsible for managing the structure and daily operations of assigned physician practice(s) and clinics. Managing and collaborating with physicians, mid-level providers, clinical and non-clinical staff and all ancillary departments that work in collaboration with the clinic(s). Collaborates with Directors and Division Chief to develop long and short-term divisional goals as well as annual budget planning. Collaborates with the management team in developing and monitoring operational and quality standards. Manages the financial reporting and analysis to ensure financial performance. Responsible for compliance and auditing of physician charts/billings.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

BA or BS in Business or similar degree required. MBA or similar degree preferred. 2 years of experience in physician practice required. 1 year of experience in supervisory capacity required.

$73,763-$113,133 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
