Premium Parking Lead Valet Attendant in Buffalo, New York

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, customer-focused leader to be a Lead Valet who will be responsible for ensuring the assigned facility is clean, welcoming to customers, and operating in accordance with company policies and client expectations. The ideal candidate has valet experience and a demonstrated ability to lead others in a positive direction. We are proud to employ more than 500 associates and are poised to bring our operational excellence to hundreds of facilities in the coming years.What is the schedule of a Lead Valet Attendant?Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pmWhy work with Premium Parking?Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance (FT Employees)PTO (FT Employees)Tuition ReimbursementFlexible SchedulingPaid TrainingAdvancement Opportunities across the USWhat will you do as a Lead Valet?Accurately assign and verify claim tickets upon arrival and retrievalKeep driveway clear of any vehicle that does not require valet assistanceMaintain cleanliness and organization of valet area and boothInspect vehicles and report damages that exist prior to or after parkingDistribute vehicle claim tickets and oversee key storage area/boothRespond to and resolve guest concerns and complaintsGreet all customers using Premium Parking customer service standardsTrain associates according to established policies and procedures What do we look for in a Lead Valet?Valid license with 3+ years driving experienceNo MAJOR violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 yearsNo more than two MINOR violations in the past year (accident, speeding)No suspensions within the last 3 yearsAbility to drive a stick shift2 years of previous valet experience in the parking or related industry preferredStrong customer service, organizational, and leadership skillsAble to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organizationFlexible availability for special events, split shifts and weekends as business dictateComputer proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and general MS Office applicationsEnergetic and able to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAble to lift 50 lbs.Able to stand for prolonged periods of time

Minimum Salary: 16.50 Maximum Salary: 17.20 Salary Unit: Hourly
