Job Description:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: $95,000-$100,000 + performance bonus

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our customer base. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process, especially within the contexts of LHCSA, NDTD, and CDPAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

  • Qualify Opportunities: Assess and prioritize leads to ensure a high conversion rate and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our solutions can address them, particularly in LHCSA, NHTD, and CDPAP programs.

  • Present Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospects through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.

  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, sales qualified opportunities, and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, preferably in Home Care.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
