Description

A boutique full-service law firm in south Seattle is seeking a Litigation Attorney to add to their team to work on a variety of litigation matters on behalf of plaintiffs in med mal, complex PI, employment law, commercial litigation, products liability, and more.

The salary range for the role is 125-175k base salary DOE, with additional structured and discretionary bonus earnings, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with employer match, flexible schedule and hybrid work-from-home flexibility for 2 days per week.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an attorney on litigation matters

• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials

• Experience with arbitrations, depositions, and mediations *trial experience not required but desirable

• Motions practice, strong legal writing

• Knowledge of the discovery process end to end

• Legal research and ability to interpret, cite, and apply case law
