Candidate will confer with the sales teams to provide engineering support to promote sales of the company's lithium-ion battery products. He/she will regularly follow-up on customer activities and identify customer's technical needs in order to create a Research and Development (R&D) roadmap. He/she will analyze and provide technical support interface on customer needs, product updates and revisions, and suggestions for modifications and improvements to facilitate project development and enhance battery system performance. He/she will conduct experimental battery fabrication and test and analysis to verify the performance of battery materials. He/she will build and maintain client relationships and assist customers in recommending materials and lithium-ion battery technology and selecting appropriate battery products. He/she will participate in the development of proposals and negotiating winning contracts by providing technical support. He/she will prepare technical presentations to introduce new products and their technology roadmap to current and prospective clients to expand future sales opportunities. He/she will collaborate with the company's headquarters to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
