FirstService Residential Lifestyle Coordinator in Ashburn, Virginia

Job Overview:

The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible forinteracting with customers,organizingand providing various forms of information, cash handling/balancing, and using a variety of communication skills whiledemonstratingthe associatedproficiencyin typing and grammar.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Day to day operations of the Lifestyle Program andmaintainingan orderly,welcomingand professional environment.
  • Responding to residents' requests and concerns with prompt friendly professional service. Recording,organizingand responding to resident questions aspertaining tothe Lifestyle Program.
  • Assist Community Clubs/Groups with activities as needed.
  • Assistwith set-up, including audio/visual needs for Vendor presentations as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls from residents and outside vendors and entertainers.
  • Set-up and manage group ticket sales/trip to sporting events and entertainment venues.
  • Answer questions on a variety of subjects from residents and potential residents.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ensuretimelyandaccuratecompletion of all administrative duties.
  • Project and promote a positive community and company image.
  • Coordinate, create,prepareand sell event tickets.
  • Create,maintainand update Lifestyle Event spreadsheet.
  • Set-up andparticipatein Lifestyle Events and Vendor Programs asrequired.
  • Work with Lifestyle Volunteers and Vendors as needed.
  • Special projects as requested by Lifestyle Director.
  • Assistin promoting,sellingand managing Vendor Program as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role; experience coordinating activities and events a plus
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal andorganizationskills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and have overall good computer skills.
  • Demonstratedknowledge of audio/visual equipment.

What We Offer As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, and others. Compensation:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
